Eratez ("we", "us") provides hotel competitor rate tracking. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, name, language preference.
• App data: competitor URLs you add, your own price entries, scraped price snapshots, AI analyses you generate.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only your subscription status and renewal date.

How we use it

• Operate the service (run daily scrapes, generate AI insights for you).
• Send transactional emails (trial reminders, payment receipts).
• Improve the service in aggregate.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support. We retain data for as long as your account is active; on deletion all your data is purged within 30 days.
