Terms of Service

1. Service

Eratez provides hotel competitor rate intelligence via daily scraping of publicly available Booking.com pages and AI-assisted analysis. The service is provided "as is" without warranty as to data accuracy.

2. Free trial & subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You may not resell scraped data, attempt to overload the service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in EUR via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts for non-payment or abuse. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
