These terms govern your use of Eratez, a competitor rate tracking service for accommodation providers, available at eratez.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. The service
Eratez tracks publicly listed accommodation rates for a property you define and for competitors you select, and prepares pricing reports and dashboard insights based on that data. Rate data is collected from publicly available listing pages. Eratez is a business tool intended for accommodation operators; it is not directed at consumers.
Eratez is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Booking.com B.V. or any other travel platform whose public listings may appear in your reports.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. One subscription covers one property unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Subscription and billing
- Eratez Pro costs €29 per month, charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Prices are stated exclusive of VAT where applicable; VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
- If a payment fails and remains unpaid, we may suspend access until it is settled.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, or share access to the service or its reports outside your business;
- use automated tools to extract data from Eratez at scale;
- use the service to harass competitors or for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to disrupt or probe the security of the platform.
5. Data accuracy
Rates shown by Eratez are snapshots of public listing data at the time of collection. Prices on booking platforms change continuously and may vary by guest count, length of stay, member discounts, and region. Reports are reviewed before delivery, but we cannot guarantee that every figure matches what a guest would see at any given moment. Pricing decisions you make based on the service remain your own.
6. Intellectual property
The Eratez software, design, and report formats remain our property. Reports prepared for your property are yours to use within your business. We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what your subscription includes, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or other indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Eratez and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms after notice, or immediately in the case of serious abuse. On termination, you can request a copy of your data as described in our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory law in your country of establishment provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
